Luis Suárez has been the Premier League’s standout performer this season and heads the goal-scoring charts heading into Liverpool’s final-day clash with Newcastle United.

The Uruguay international currently has 31 goals to his name and Paddy Power are offering special enhanced odds of 3/1 on the striker to score any time against the Magpies at Anfield on Sunday.

The newly-crowned PFA player of the year, who also has 12 top-flight assists to his name, has played a big part in Liverpool’s late Premier League title challenge.

Suárez needs one more goal to surpass the Premier League scoring record of 31 goals in a 38-game season, currently held by Cristiano Ronaldo and Alan Shearer.

The last time a Liverpool player scored 32 league goals was Ian Rush, way back in 1983-84.

Manchester City are widely expected to win their second title in three years, with the Citizens only needing a point at home to West Ham United to lift the trophy.

However, Liverpool will be desperate to capitalise on any potential slip-up and need to beat Newcastle to have any chance of winning their first title in 24 years.
