Manchester City secured their second Premier League title in three years with a comfortable 2-0 victory over West Ham United on Sunday.

Goals from Samir Nasri and captain Vincent Kompany handed the Citizens a win which saw them finish two points ahead of second-placed Liverpool.

City’s title triumph inevitably prompted a flurry of activity from all of those involved on Twitter. Here, we attempt to round up the best of the reaction after City’s title triumph.

A big thank you to all the fans for all the support. This is for you all! I want to dedicate this title to my mom, Adriana, who’s having her birthday today. What a gift, isn’t it? I love you!! It’s also for Ben, who watched it from Argentina. This cup is for you, son! I love you!!!
