Aston Villa will attack Man City, declares Paul Lambert
Aston Villa manager Paul Lambert promises his side will attack the Premier League title favourites on Wednesday night

Paul Lambert has warned Manchester City that Aston Villa will travel to The Etihad seeking to cause an upset.
The Citizens will win the Premier League title if Manuel Pellegrini’s side claim four points from their remaining two games after Liverpool slipped up at Crystal Palace on Monday.
We’re not going there just to make up the numbers

The 2012 winners are expected to comfortably beat Villa, although Lambert’s men were shock 3-2 winners against the Eastlands outfit at Villa Park earlier in the season.
And the Scot promised Villa will be seeking to beat the Premier League title favourites despite securing safety with a 3-1 win against Hull City last weekend.
“We’re not going there just to make up the numbers, we’re going there to try to win,” Lambert said.
“You have to run a lot and run without the ball. We’re going to have to work really hard without the ball but you also know you’ve got to try to win the game and that’s what we’re going to try and do.
“We’ll go there now in a lot better place than we were before the Hull game.
“Everybody knows pressure can affect different people in different ways but you look at their squad and their players are world class.”
