Manchester City need just a point against West Ham United to win their second Premier League title in three years – and Edin Dzeko is in fine goal-scoring form heading into Sunday’s clash.

Dzeko is in line to start this game, with Sergio Aguero still “not 100 per cent” after his recent groin problem.

The Argentina international has been declared fit to feature after missing Wednesday’s 4-0 win over Aston Villa due to the injury.

The Bosnia and Herzegovina international has scored a respectable 16 goals in 30 Premier League goals this season, notching up one assist in the process.

Meanwhile, City’s form at Etihad Stadium has been almost perfect this season. Their only home league defeat came against Chelsea on 3 February.

Sunderland are the only other side to have taken any points away from The Etihad this term after the Black Cats drew 2-2 there last month.

City have been top of the table this season for fewer days than any other of the teams in the top four, but that is largely down to Manuel Pellegrini’s men having to play catch-up with fixtures.

The Citizens are only the second team in Premier League history to score more than 100 goals in a single season, after Chelsea netted 103 in 2009-10.
