Juventus star Paul Pogba lifts lid on Man United exit
Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba claims Manchester United showed him a lack of respect before moving to Serie A

Paul Pogba has explained why the France midfielder decided to swap Manchester United for Juventus.
The 21-year-old moved to the Turin outfit from the reigning Premier League champions in July 2012 after failing to nail down a regular starting spot at Old Trafford.

Pogba has blossomed into a key player for Antonio Conte’s side, scoring seven goals and make six assists in 33 Serie A appearances this season.
“They left me out because they said I wanted to leave. That is disrespect,” Pogba told BBC World Football Focus. “Maybe they didn’t think if they were making a mistake.”
Pogba made seven United appearances in all competitions before opting to lead the Red Devils almost two years ago.
And the France international spoke about his frustration at the lack of playing time under former United manager Sir Alex Ferguson.
“Manchester United is a big club but you have to think about yourself,” Pogba added.
“You have to play. The coach told me there would be space to play, but I wasn’t playing.
“I was training alone for one week. They told me to go in the gym. I said ‘I am not an athlete, I am a footballer’.”
