Schmelzer, who has a contract with Dortmund until 2016, has scored one goal and made three assists in 17 Bundesliga appearances this season after suffering a calf injury earlier in the campaign.

“Naturally I look forward to hearing things like that and it’s nice when top clubs are interested in you”, Schmelzer told WAZ.

“But I still have a contract with Borussia Dortmund until 2016. I feel very, very good at BVB.”

Schmelzer has scored four goals in 197 appearances in all competitions.
