Man United transfers: Shinji Kagawa’s agent plays down Napoli reports
Man United transfers: Napoli target Shinji Kagawa is happy at the Red Devils, according to his agent
Shinji Kagawa isn’t feeling bad at Manchester United, according to the Japan international’s agent.
The 25-year-old is one of the names being linked with a move away from the 20-time English champions in the summer as the Red Devils hope to do a clear out at Old Trafford.
Kagawa has been a bit-part player for United throughout the course of the Premier League campaign, making three assists in just 17 top-flight appearances.
Coppa Italia winners Napoli have been linked with a move for the playmaker, but Kagawa’s agent Thomas Kroth played down speculation surrounding the United star.
“Has there been contact from Napoli? For me, these are just rumours and nothing certain,” Kroth told Ultimecalcionapoli.it .
“He doesn’t feel bad at Manchester United, so I see no reason to talk about him leaving.”
Kagawa has scored six goals in 55 appearances in all competitions for United after a £17m move from Borussia Dortmund in 2012.
