David Silva is fit and available for Manchester City’s crunch trip to Everton on Saturday, Manuel Pellegrini has confirmed.

The Spaniard has not featured for the Citizens since 21 April due to an ankle problem but returns in time for their trip to Goodison Park this weekend.

Pellegrini also revealed that Jesus Navas remains sidelined along with Matija Nastasic ahead of the clash on Merseyside.

“The only player that we have injured is Jesus Navas,” Pellegrini said. “All the other players in the squad are fit.

“David is a very important player for us so to be in the squad list is very important.

“Nastasic is working with the squad, he’s not able in this moment to play, but he’s not injured anymore.”

Manchester City will secure the Premier League title if they win their remaining three fixtures.
