Croatia

Stipe Pletikosa Little to do throughout the evening. 6

Darijo Srna Roamed well from right-back to support the waves of Croatia attacks. 7

Vedran Corluka Former Tottenham Hotspur defender was untroubled for the most part. 6

Dejan Lovren Dealt with Cameroon’s crosses well early on but an easy night after 10 men. 6

Danijel Pranjic Got forward well from left back and put some dangerous balls in. 7

Luka Modric Dropped deep to pick up the ball, regularly starting attacks and played a great pass in the build up to the opener. 7

Ivan Rakitic Quiet early on but very involved after the red card with some good passing to keep Croatia ticking. 7

Ivan Perisic (Man-of-the-match) Great ball to set up Olic for the opener and a fantastic solo run and finish for the second, involved in a lot good with Croatia. Subbed with 10 minutes to go. 9

Sammir Struggled to get involved early on but key to Croatia’s build up against the ten men. Substituted. 7

Ivica Olic Fantastic awareness to stay onside and put away the opener, a willing runner all night and subbed with 20 minutes to go. 8

Mario Mandzukic The Arsenal target was an aerial menace at both ends and made up for a bad miss with a thumping header to make it 3-0 and a simple finish for goal number four. 9
