Oscar has committed his future to Chelsea despite revealing that there has been contact with Paris Saint-Germain this summer.

The 22-year-old endured a disappointing end to the season as the South American playmaker contended with a hip injury ahead of the World Cup.

Oscar, who moved to west London in a £19m deal from Internacional in 2012, scored eight goals and made two assists in 33 Premier League appearances last term.

And the Brazil international confirmed that PSG, who have already signed David Luiz in a £50m deal this summer, had been in touch but his future lay with the Blues.

“I had contacts with PSG, that is true, but it did not go any further,” L’Equipe quotes Oscar as saying. “And next season, I will stay at Chelsea.”

Oscar 12 goals in 67 Premier League appearances for Chelsea.
