By Daniel Jolly

Manuel Neuer Rarely tested but did well to keep out long-range efforts from Atsu and Muntari. No chance with goals. 6/10

Jerome Boateng Solid performance from former Manchester City full-back as he comfortably dealt with Ayew. 6

Per Mertesacker In his 100th international appearance, the Arsenal defender was at his imperious best to cut out any attacking opportunities. 7

Mats Hummels Didn’t put a foot wrong throughout the 90 minutes. Looked strong in the air. 6

Benedikt Howedes Struggled to contain threat of Atsu. Looked uncomfortable in full-back role. Near post flick-on set up his team’s second. 5

Sami Khedira Looked to get forward-thinking movements started from a range of areas. 6

Shkodran Mustafi Half-time replacement was caught ball watching for Andre Ayew’s equaliser. 5

Bastian Schweinsteiger Added extra creative dimension when introduced. 6
