Man United transfers: Javier Hernández speaks out about his unhappiness at playing a bit-part role at Old Trafford

Javier Hernández has hinted that he could seek a transfer away from Manchester United after revealing his unhappiness at the club.
The Mexico striker, who scored in his country’s 3-0 win over Croatia on Tuesday to help them move into the last 16 of the World Cup, was limited to just six Premier League starts last season.

And the 26-year-old, who scored four goals and made three top-floght assists last term, has spoken out about his frustrating campaign under David Moyes.
“This whole year has been very tough,” said Hernández.
“Players need confidence more than anything else, and I’ve been very short of it. Very few people have shown faith in me over this past year.”
Speaking after Mexico’s victory, he continued: “I’d like to dedicate this to my grandfather, who’s about to turn 85 but has still made the effort to be here.
“It’s for all those who’ve been with me in the good times and the bad, like my wife and my family. They know that I’m always happy to work hardest during the toughest times.”
