The most prestigious grand slam on the tennis calendar is almost upon us. Here, we bring you all of the latest Wimbledon 2014 information surrounding dates, tickets and more.

When is Wimbledon 2014?

The main draw of Wimbledon 2014 takes place between Monday 23 June and 6 July 2014. Qualifying takes place from Monday 16 June to Thursday 19 June 2014 at the Bank of England Sports Grounds in Roehampton.

How much is the prize money?

There is a total of £25m in prize money to competitors in the 2014 Championships. The men’s and ladies’ singles champions will each receive £1.76m. Losers in the first round of the men’s and ladies’ singles will pocket £27,000, while getting to the quarter-finals will earn players £226,000.

How can I get tickets for Wimbledon 2014?

You can purchase advance debenture tickets for each round through viagogo by clicking here. Wimbledon is also one of the few major UK sporting events where you can still buy premium tickets on the day of play. There is one quere for the on-day sale of tickets at the Gate 3 turnstiles.

How do I get to Wimbledon?

The Wimbledon Championships take place at The All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club. The All England Lawn Tennis Club, Church Road, Wimbledon, London SW19 5AE (Use SW19 5AG and SW19 5AF to locate the AELTC via Sat-Nav).
