Lukaku, 21, has been linked with a permanent switch to Goodison Park, as well as a move to Atletico Madrid in recent weeks.
And the forward, who spent the 2012-13 season on loan to West Bromwich Albion, has underlined his desire to have his future sorted out definitely one way or the other this summer.
“What I don’t want is to be loaned out,” Lukaku is quoted as saying by The Mirror.
“I am 21 and I have been loaned for the last two seasons. Thibaut Courtois was loaned for three seasons and will be without doubt the first-choice Chelsea goalkeeper.
“And Kevin De Bruyne has been transferred permanently to Wolfsburg. They are free in their heads – it is not my case. That would free me totally.”
