Jose Mourinho reveals admiration for ex-Man United man Paul Pogba
Jose Mourinho singles out Paul Pogba as the best young player on display at this summer's World Cup

Jose Mourinho has singled out Paul Pogba as the best young player on display at this summer’s World Cup.
The 21-year-old Juventus midfielder, who left Manchester United to join the Serie A side in 2012, featured in all five of France’s games in Brazil in their run to the quarter-finals.
Pogba scored one goal and made one assist for Didier Deschamps’s side as he caught the eye with some impressive performances for Les Bleus.
And the Chelsea manager has revealed his admiration for the former Red Devils midfielder.
“I would say Pogba [was the best young player], because he had also a good World Cup and in spite of the fact his team didn’t reach the last four,” Mourinho told Yahoo.
“I think he showed that he is a big player for the next World Cup for sure.”
Pogba’s agent was recently forced to deny reports linking the midfielder with a transfer to Stamford Bridge.
Mino Raiola told Tuttosport: “Paul to Chelsea? It’s just fantasy football.
“Everything is perfect at Juventus and no meetings are planned.”
Mourinho also picked incoming Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal as his coach of the tournament.
“If I had to choose one because I think he did a fantastic job with a team that, in my opinion, was not strong enough to arrive where they arrived, I would choose Louis van Gaal,” he added.
