Barcelona have received offers for Alexis Sánchez this summer, the Spanish club’s sporting director Andoni Zubizarreta has revealed.

The Chilean’s future has been a source of speculation in recent weeks and is expected to leave Camp Nou, with Arsenal and Liverpool both touted as possible destinations for the striker.

Zubizarreta has confirmed that Barca have received bids for the 25-year-old forward and said that the club would work to find the “best solution”.

“Regarding Alexis, there have been offers. We will try and find a solution best for everyone,” said Zubizarreta.

Sánchez has been linked with a move to Liverpool in recent days amid reports that the Reds are willing to sell Luis Suarez to Barcelona.

The Spanish club are believed to value the forward, who scored 19 goals and made 10 assists in 24 La Liga games last season, at around £30m.
