Man United transfers: Juventus rule out Arturo Vidal sale
Man United transfers: Juventus rule out selling Arturo Vidal this summer despite reported interest from Old Trafford

Manchester United have suffered a blow in their pursuit of Arturo Vidal after Juventus ruled out selling the midfielder.
Speculation linking the Chile international with a transfer to Old Trafford has been rife in recent days after the player himself admitted that he would like to join “one of the biggest clubs in the world”.
However, Juventus chief executive Giuseppe Marotta has issued a hands-off warning to the Red Devils, insisting that the 27-year-old won’t be leaving the Serie A side this summer.
“Vidal is not for sale, he is one of the most important players in the squad,” Marotta said at new manager Massimiliano Allegri’s unveiling in Turin on Wednesday.
“He is happy to be here. Many things have been written. We’ve never put him up for sale. Important clubs have asked after him, but we have never sat down to talk.
“Players always have the power in these cases but I spoke to Vidal yesterday and he’s happy to continue with us.”
Vidal has been one of the key members of Juventus’s all-conquering side in Serie A, scoring 11 goals and making five assists in 32 top-flight appearances last season.
He has won three Serie A titles since joining Juventus from Bayer Leverkusen.
