Eden Hazard insists that he is in top shape as he bids to help Chelsea challenge for trophies this season.

The Belgian playmaker scored his first goal of the season in the Blues’ 2-0 win over Leicester City last weekend as Jose Mourinho’s men continued their winning start to the campaign.

I just want to give 100 per cent to help the team

And the 23-year-old feels rested and ready to help the west London club challenge on all four fronts this term.

“I feel very good,” Hazard told Chelsea’s website.

“I had a nice holiday with my family so when I came back I was ready for the start of the season, now I just want to give 100 per cent to help the team. It was a nice rest for me and that was important.

“When we come back from international duty we will have a lot of matches, three every week.

“I’m looking forward to the start of the cup competitions, for Chelsea it’s very important to win every match and challenge for every trophy. We have a big squad so that will help us.”
