Mario Balotelli and Adam Lallana were both involved in Liverpool training on Friday ahead of the Reds’ trip to Tottenham Hotspur.

New signing Balotelli was all smiles as he was put through his paces along with the rest of Brendan Rodgers’ squad at Melwood.

The 24-year-old Italy international could make his debut for his new club in north London this weekend.

Lallana, meanwhile, is yet to feature for Liverpool following his transfer from Southampton earlier this summer.

The England international has been out since suffering a knee injury during the club’s pre-season tour of the USA back in July.

Liverpool head to White Hart Lane on the back of the 3-1 loss to defending Premier League champions on Monday night.

Here are some of the best pictures of Friday’s training session as Liverpool prepared for Sunday’s trip.
