Eden Hazard is determined to improve his game for Chelsea this season as he bids to help Jose Mourinho’s side win the Premier League.

The 23-year-old playmaker has scored one goal in four league appearances for the Blues this season to help the west London side top the table.

But Hazard, who joined Chelsea from Lille back in 2012, is keen to improve his all-round game this term.

“I can be better. Last season was very good, and the first season as well,” Hazard told Sky Sports News HQ.

“Now I am in the third season and if I can win trophies, it could be better.

“Personally, if I continue like this and score more goals and make more assists, but most important is trophies at the end.”

Hazard won the PFA young player of the year award last season despite missing out a trophy with his club.
