Ian Wright joked that Arsenal’s point at Leicester City doesn’t look bad now after Manchester United suffered a 5-3 defeat at the King Power Stadium.

The Red Devils surged into an early 2-0 lead thanks to goals from Robin van Persie and Angel di Maria before Leonardo Ulloa halved the deficit in the 17th minute.

Ander Herrera appeared to have secured three points with his second strike in as many weeks in the 57th minute, however, David Nugent’s penalty and Esteban Cambiasso’s first Foxes goal had the home side level by 64-minute mark.

And Jamie Vardy and Ulloa scored inside the final 11 minutes to secure a famous eight-goal victory at King Power Stadium and condemn Louis van Gaal to his second Premier League defeat.

Following the eight-goal thriller, Arsenal legend Wright felt compelled to look at Arsenal’s 1-1 draw at Leicester last month in an entirely new light.

Arsenal ended a four-game winless run thanks to a 3-0 victory over Aston Villa at Villa Park on Saturday.
