David De Gea takes to Instagram to voice his delight at playing his 100th Premier League game for Manchester United

David De Gea took to Instagram to voice his delight at playing his 100th Premier League game for Manchester United on Saturday.

The Spanish goalkeeper helped the Red Devils record their second league win of the season as they sealed a 2-1 victory over West Ham at Old Trafford.

Goals from Wayne Rooney and Robin van Persie helped Louis van Gaal’s side bounce back from last weekend’s 5-3 loss to Leicester City.

And De Gea posted the picture above on Instagram after reaching the milestone with the club.

He wrote: “Very proud of having played 100 @premierleague matches with a club such as @ManchesterUnited Thanks for your support!! #MUFC”

Spain international, who has two senior caps to his name, De Gea joined United from Atletico Madrid in 2011.
