Manchester United striker Radamel Falcao is eager to secure a move to Old Trafford on a permanent deal

Radamel Falcao is ready to fight to secure his long-term future at Manchester United.

The Colombia striker joined the Red Devils on a season-long loan deal from Monaco and could seal a permanent switch to United next summer.

The Red Devils signing was left on the bench for the visit of Queens Park Rangers after featured for Colombia in the United States during the international break.

And the 28-year-old is hoping to become a United legend after his exciting move to the 20-time English champions.

“I will fight to stay here to play many years for Manchester United, I want to make my mark here,’ Falcao told Sky Sports. “I would like to be a legend at this club.”

Falcao added: “I refused another club with Champions League for this club. I am so excited, I always worked to arrive at a club like this.”
