Liverpool lost further ground on Premier League leaders Chelsea after Aston Villa striker Gabriel Agbonlahor scored an early winner at Anfield.

The Villa captain finished from close range from a corner in the 10th minute as Brendan Rodgers’s side struggled to perform in their fourth game of the season.
