Neil Warnock believes that Chelsea could become the first team to remain unbeaten through a Premier League season since Arsenal’s Invincibles.

Jose Mourinho’s men are currently five points clear at the top of the table after a flying start to the new campaign.

The Blues, who have won six of their seven opening games, travel to Crystal Palace this weekend.

And Eagles boss Warnock feels that the west London side are capable of finishing the season without losing, as the Gunners did back in the 2003-04 campaign.

“When I look at the Arsenal team that did it many years ago and I think this is as near as you’re going to get to a flawless team really,” said Warnock.

“It’s pretty solid everywhere, but when you get [Eden] Hazard chasing back and tackling, you’re not doing bad are you, really?

“There are not many weaknesses in the team.”
