Radamel Falcao was all smiles as he reflected on Colombia’s 1-0 friendly win over Canada on Tuesday.

The Manchester United striker played 67 minutes in the victory as James Rodriguez netted the winner in the 75th minute at the Red Bull Arena in Harrison, New Jersey.

Falcao posted the picture above of him with Porto’s Juan Fernando Quintero on the team bus after the game.

He wrote: “With @juanferquinterop enjoying another victory.”

The 28-year-old striker recently earned the praise of former United boss Sir Alex Ferguson, with the Scot delighted to see the striker arrive at Old Trafford on loan from Monaco.

Ferguson said: “The big one is Falcao who we’re all waiting to see. Obviously, he has fantastic goal-scoring ability. He had his injury so getting him on loan is the right thing to do.”
