Nacer Chadli, Moussa Dembele and Jan Vertonghen were all smiles as they joined Dries Mertens to play a board game while on international duty with Belgium.

The Tottenham trio looked in good spirits as they played The Settlers of Catan in between training sessions ahead of their Euro 2016 qualifiers.

Vertonghen hit the headlines on Tuesday after revealing that Spurs’ stuttering start to the new season was part of the reason he opted against signing a contract extension at White Hart Lane.

Chadli, meanwhile, has been in top form for the Lilywhites so far this term, scoring four goals and making one assist in six Premier League games.

Christian Eriksen hit the winner as Spurs secured a 1-0 victory over Southampton in their last outing on Sunday.

The north London club are currently sixth in the Premier League table on 11 points.
