Aaron Ramsey is backing Arsenal to improve their form when it counts in the coming weeks.

Arsene Wenger’s side have endured a stuttering start to the new season and already find themselves 12 points behind Premier League leaders Chelsea after 11 games.

Hopefully we can turn our season around and get a bit of momentum going

Aaron Ramsey

The Gunners host Manchester United at Emirates Stadium when the Premier League returns on Saturday, and Ramsey is convinced that Arsene Wenger’s men are set to find their best form as the festive season approaches.

“We now have a tough week,” said Ramsey. “We have Manchester United and then Dortmund.

“They are both tough games but they are the ones you want to be involved in as a footballer. Hopefully we can come out on top in them.

“We started off slowly. We’ve had a few draws. We have a lot of catching up still to do. Hopefully we can turn our season around and get a bit of momentum going.”
