Roy Keane has been hogging the Irish limelight this week after the assistant manager’s clash with a fan outside the team’s hotel ahead of their Scotland match.

The former Manchester United captain hasn’t failed to fill column inches since Martin O’Neill appointed the no-nonsense Irish legend as his number two last year.

Keane hit the headlines again following the 1-0 defeat by Scotland after he criticised Roberto Martinez for putting pressure on Everton’s Irish contingent to miss crunch qualifiers.

And Irish radio station Today FM’s Gift Grub put together a side-splitting spoof involving Keane, Irish billionaire Denis O’Brien and One Direction’s hit-song ‘What Makes You Beautiful’.

If you enjoyed that, Gift Grub have a great selection of ‘Keane’ clips, including the Irishman’s reaction to England’s 2-1 loss to France at Euro 2004.

However, The Sport Review’s favourite is Keane’s take on Will Young’s ‘Leave Right Now’ after United terminated their long-serving captain’s contract in 2005.
