Ayoze Perez came off the bench to score a second-half winner as Newcastle United were 1-0 winners against Liverpool at St James’ Park.

The Reds struggled to test Newcastle goalkeeper Tim Krul as Mario Balotelli continued his goal drought in the Premier League.
