Suso has no agreement to join AC Milan, the Liverpool midfielder’s agent has revealed.

The Spaniard has been linked with a move to the Serie A side ahead of the expiration of his current Liverpool deal at the end of the season.

And the 20-year-old’s agent revealed that the Merseyside outfit are still pushing hard for his client to sign a new contract at Anfield.

“There is no agreement with Milan,” Jaume Serra told Calciomercato.it.

“Liverpool are pushing hard to make Suso extend his contract, so we can’t rule out this possibility.”

Suso hasn’t featured for the Reds since he scored in their penalty shootout victory over Middlesbrough in the Capital One Cup in September.

The playmaker, who spent last season on loan at Almeria, underwent surgery on a groin problem in October.

The Spain Under-21 international joined Liverpool from Cadiz in 2010, making his first-team debut under Brendan Rodgers against Young Boys in 2012.

Should Liverpool keep Suso?
