Jose Enrique says he is feeling great after making his return to training following injury.

The Spanish defender hasn’t featured for Liverpool since a thrilling 3-2 victory over Queens Park Rangers at Loftus Road last month.

Reds manager Brendan Rodgers confirmed the 29-year-old had an issue with his knee, ruling the full-back out of losses to Newcastle United and Chelsea.

But Enrique appears to be in contention to face Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on 23 November after completing three days of training.

Enrique missed most of the 2013/14 Premier League campaign due to a long-standing knee problem.

The defender has scored two goals in 110 Premier League appearances for the Reds following his £7m move from Newcastle United in 2011.

Have Liverpool missed Jose Enrique?
