Lukas Podolski has spent over two seasons in Premier League but the Arsenal forward is still confused by Swansea City’s presence in the division.

The Gunners face Garry Monk’s side at Liberty Stadium in Swansea on Sunday, bidding to record three successive league wins for the first time this term.

Ironically, Podolski has scored two goals in three appearances against the Swans, including a strike at the Liberty Stadium in the FA Cup in 2013.

And it appears Wales midfielder Aaron Ramsey had some explaining to do as a confused Podolski took to Instagram ahead of Sunday’s clash.

Podolski wrote: “So Aaron, explain to me again why we are in Wales to play an English league game? #confused #welsh #english #AFC #Swans #Poldi #Rambo #Aha #PremierLeague”

Arsenal playmaker Ramsey scored in Sunday’s fixture last season, netting a 62nd-minute strike as the Gunners were 2-1 winners.

The north London outfit are unbeaten in their last three visits to Liberty Stadium, recording two wins and a draw.
