Angel di Maria insists he doesn’t regret his decision to swap Real Madrid for Manchester United.

The Argentina international signed a five-year contract at Old Trafford after the Red Devils agreed a £59.7m deal with Real Madrid in August.

Di Maria has proven an instant hit with the 20-time English champions, scoring three goals and making five assists in nine Premier League appearances.

The 26-year-old Red Devils midfielder is adamant that he has no regrets about his decision to leave the Spanish capital.

“It’s a different style of football here at Manchester United,” Di Maria told Telefoot. “I’m very happy.

“I don’t regret leaving Real Madrid. I won everything at there: La Liga, the Champions League and the Copa Del Rey.”

Di Maria scored 22 goals in 124 La Liga appearances during four seasons at the Bernabeu.
