Vincent Kompany has underlined his commitment to Manchester City by insisting that he wouldn’t join Arsenal – even for £60m and two Ferraris.

Serious questions were raised about Arsenal’s defending on Tuesday night after the Gunners squandered a three-goal lead to draw 3-3 with Anderlecht in the Champions League.

Celebrity Arsenal fan Piers Morgan took to Twitter to try and convince the City captain to consider a move to Emirates Stadium.

But the Belgium international insisted that he has no intention of leaving the defending Premier League champions.

Tuesday night’s result leaves Arsenal needing a point from their remaining two group games to secure their passage into the last 16.

Arsenal have taken seven points from their opening four Champions League group-stage games this season.

Is Vincent Kompany exactly what Arsenal need?
