Aaron Ramsey believes that he has put his patchy form behind him for Arsenal.

The Wales international came in for some criticism earlier in the season after he failed to hit the same heights as the last campaign, when he was voted the north London club’s player of the year.

However, after scoring three goals in his last two games, the 23-year-old midfielder feels that he is finally starting to recapture some of his best form.

“I am getting sharper in every game,” said Ramsey. “I am feeling good and hopefully now I can play my part as they team go on a run.

“I have always got into goalscoring positions since I can remember but maybe now I have found my composure more in front of goal.

“I have seen the goal [his stunning volley against Galatasaray] back and it is definitely the best I have scored. As soon as I hit it, I thought it had a chance of going in and thankfully it went into the top corner.”
