Alexis Sanchez will stay at Arsenal for a couple of seasons, according to Perry Groves.

The Chile international has been one of the sole positives to come from the north London side’s Premier League campaign so far.

Sanchez has scored nine goals and has made five assists in 16 Premier League appearances following his £35m move from Barcelona.

Arsenal legend Ian Wright has expressed concerns that Sanchez could leave the FA Cup winners if the Gunners don’t make significant improvements.

However, former Gunners forward Groves believes Sanchez has bought into Arsenal’s mentality, tipping the South American for a two or three-year stay.

When asked by The Sport Review if he was worried, like Wright, that Sanchez could leave, Groves replied: “No, not at all.

“He has bought into the club and the club ethos. He looks happy. He is playing well and scoring goals. His attitude is fantastic.

“Alexis Sanchez will be here for a couple of seasons yet.”

The 26-year-old has scored 13 goals and made six assists in 22 appearances in all competitions for Arsenal this term.

Chillisauce.co.uk, a specialist events company that offers stag dos, hen parties, activity weekends and corporate events, has teamed up with former Arsenal player Perry Groves and other football icons to offer The Play With A Legend activity.
