Louis van Gaal has refused to reveal whether Radamel Falcao will feature for Manchester United against Aston Villa on Saturday.

The Colombia international has been been limited to just one Premier League start for the Red Devils this season after struggling with knee and calf injuries.

Falcao, on loan at United from Monaco, played the final 12 minutes against Liverpool as United ran out 3-0 winners at Old Trafford last weekend.

But Van Gaal refused to reveal whether the 28-year-old will feature against the Villains.

“He shows fitness in the training sessions, so maybe I shall select him for the bench, or maybe I shall select him for the lineup. Wait and see,” said Van Gaal.

United have won their last six Premier League games as they prepare for Saturday’s trip to Villa Park.
