Man United legend urges Arsene Wenger to give Arsenal kids a chance
Rio Ferdinand criticises Arsene Wenger's decision to play Mathieu Debuchy centrally
Arsene Wenger has earnt a reputation for giving youngsters a chance since taking charge of Arsenal, but Rio Ferdinand was disappointed by the manager’s decision to play Mathieu Debuchy at centre-half.
The France international started alongside Per Mertesacker in the heart of the Gunners defence as Kieran Gibbs and Hector Bellerin occupied the full-back positions against Newcastle United on Saturday.
But Queens Park Rangers defender Ferdinand was disappointed that Wenger didn’t dip into his Under-21s side to help fill the void left by Mertesacker’s centre-half partner Laurent Koscielny.
Wenger doesn't care to play randoms at CB..I'd love to see a kid CB pulled out of the u21's or youth team..give the kids a chance perleease!

Wenger was heavily criticised after Calum Chambers and his fellow Arsenal defenders conceded three first-half goals as the north London side lost 3-2 at Stoke City last weekend.
Arsenal, who beat Hull City to win the FA Cup last season, were is sixth place ahead of the visit of in-form Newcastle United.
