Radamel Falcao is hoping to improve his knowledge of the English language as he looks to settle in quickly at Manchester United.

Falcao has scored one goal and made two assists for Louis van Gaal’s men since joining the club on a season-long loan deal from Monaco over the summer.

The Colombia international is in line to make his eighth Premier League appearance of the season when the Red Devils travel to Southampton on Monday night.

And the 28-year-old striker says that he wants to improve his knowledge of the local language in the coming weeks and months.

“It’s a new culture and a new language,” Falcao told United magazine.

“I want to learn more of this language and I will study so then it will be even easier to live here.”
