Man United transfers: Agent fuels Paul Pogba speculation
Paul Pogba's agent says that the French midfielder still 'loves' the Premier League club
Paul Pogba’s agent has fuelled speculation linking Manchester United with a surprise move for the Juventus midfielder by revealing that his client still “loves” the Old Trafford club.
The Juventus star has been touted as a target for Manchester United this month as Louis van Gaal considers bolstering his midfield options during the January transfer window.
Chelsea have also been linked with a possible swoop for the highly-rated 21-year-old, who left United to join Juventus back in 2012.
And the midfielder’s agent has now claimed that his client has very fond memories of his time at Old Trafford.
“Paul has always said he is not angry with Manchester United – you need to move on,” Mino Raiola told Sky Sports News.
“So there is no personal grudge against Manchester United. On the contrary, he holds Manchester United very dear and has very nice memories.”
Pogba has netted a total of 21 goals in 110 appearances since moving to Juve, winning back-to-back Italian top-flight titles.
Both Chelsea and Manchester City have also been credited with an interest in the former Manchester United man.
Speaking last week, Pogba insisted that he is paying no attention to the speculation about his future.
