Man United transfers: Paul Pogba responds to Red Devils link

The French midfielder says that he is paying no attention to the speculation about his future

Paul Pogba has poured cold water on the speculation linking him with a transfer back to the Premier League.

The Juventus midfielder has been touted as a target for Manchester United this month as Louis van Gaal considers bolstering his midfield options during the January transfer window.

Chelsea have also been linked with a possible swoop for the highly-rated 21-year-old, who left United to join Juventus back in 2012.

However, the midfielder has now insisted that he is paying no attention to the speculation surrounding his future – and says that he is only focused on performing for the Serie A side.

“How much am I worth? Over €100m?” Pogba is quoted as telling Sky Italia.

“I am worth €0. I am not interested in such things [transfer speculation]. I am only interested in my work on the pitch.”

Pogba has netted a total of 21 goals in 110 appearances since moving to Juve, winning back-to-back Italian top-flight titles.

Both Chelsea and Manchester City have also been credited with an interest in the former Manchester United man.
