Calum Chambers says he is looking forward to Arsenal’s clash against Aston Villa at The Emirates on Sunday.
The Gunners centre-half recorded a rare assist as the north London side were 3-2 winners against Brighton in the FA Cup fourth round last weekend.
So no wonder the England international is eagerly anticipating the chance to continue his good form when Arsenal face Paul Lambert’s men in Sunday’s early kick-off.
Chambers posted the above photo and wrote on Instagram: “Good day at training! Looking forward to Sunday’s game!”
Chambers has scored one goal and has made two assists in 23 appearances in all competitions following his £16m move to Arsenal from Southampton in the summer.
The Gunners, who are a point behind fourth-placed Manchester United, are in good form in the Premier League, winning four of their last five games.
Arsene Wenger’s side will be looking to avoid a repeat of their 3-1 defeat by Villa at the start of the 2013/14 campaign.
