Ander Herrera tackles the Manchester snow
Ander Herrera tackled the snow in Manchester on Thursday morning ahead of the visit of Leicester City on Sunday.
The 25-year-old midfielder completed a big-money £29m move to the Red Devils from Athletic Bilbao in the summer transfer window.
Herrera is embracing England’s cold festive period after becoming accustomed to La Liga’s winter break in recent seasons.
The United playmaker took to Instagram to show off his snowy garden presumably ahead of a training session at Carrington later today.
Herrera posted the above photo, writing: “¡¡Buenos días!! //good morning!! ❄️”
The Spain Under-23 international has scored three goals and has made three assists in 12 appearances in all competitions this season.
However, Herrera has found his first-team opportunities limited in recent weeks, starting just one of United’s last six games.
United will be looking to exact revenge on Leicester City at Old Trafford on Saturday after a 5-3 defeat by the newly-promoted side earlier this season.
