Daniel Sturridge gets ready for Liverpool training by listening to 3LW's hit track, 'No More (Baby I'ma Do Right'
Daniel Sturridge is undoubtedly one of the coolest footballers in the Premier League, and the Liverpool striker gave his Instagram followers an insight into his eclectic music taste on Monday morning.
The 25-year-old striker posted a video on the social media site as the England international prepared for a training session at the Merseyside club’s Melwood training facility.
And Sturridge, who hasn’t played for Liverpool since August, was humming along to 3LW’s hit track, ‘No More (Baby I’ma Do Right)’, which was blaring away in the Liverpool gym.
“Tunes nuts. Taking me back!!! Bout to hit the pitch!!” Sturridge wrote on Instagram.
The Liverpool striker is nearing a return to first-team action after the former Chelsea man spent the winter period in Los Angeles working on his fitness.
Sturridge hasn’t featured for the Reds since a 3-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur in August due to a string of calf and thigh injuries.
The striker, who moved to Liverpool from Chelsea in a £12m deal in January 2013, has scored one goal in three Premier League appearances this season.
Sturridge has scored 31 goals in 42 top-flight games for Brendan Rodgers’s side.
