Arsene Wenger is convinced that Arsenal have what it takes to beat Manchester United in the FA Cup quarter-finals
Arsene Wenger insists that he is looking forward to seeing his Arsenal side take on Manchester United in the FA Cup quarter-finals next month.
The Gunners travel to Old Trafford on 9 March after being pitted against Louis van Gaal’s men in the last-eight draw earlier this week.

The Arsenal boss, whose side are defending the trophy after ending their nine-year wait for silverware last season, is confident that the north London club have what it takes to beat their Premier League rivals and reach the semi-finals.
Speaking to Arsenal.com, Wenger said: “It’s an interesting and exciting draw.
“We are the holders of this cup and we want to do absolutely everything to keep it. At some stage you have [to play the bigger teams].
“Last year we played Liverpool, Everton, Tottenham and that’s what you do to get through. It’s a good opportunity for us that we want to take.”
Arsenal, currently fifth in the Premier League table, were beaten 2-1 by Manchester United in their most recent meeting in the Premier League at Emirates Stadium back in November.
Wenger felt that his side deserved more from that game and is sure that the Gunners will put on a solid display when they take on Van Gaal’s men next month.
The Frenchman added: “We came out of the first game with some frustration because we had produced a performance and didn’t get a result.

“That can happen in football. But if you produce a performance, nine times out of 10 you will win the game. That’s what we want to reiterate.”
