Carragher, Hamann and more: Twitter reacts as Liverpool beat Spurs
Here is the best of the Twitter reaction after Liverpool are dramatic-3-2 winners against Tottenham
Mario Balotelli ended his Premier League drought after the Liverpool striker struck late to seal a 3-2 victory over Tottenham Hotspur at Anfield on Saturday.
Reds forward Lazar Markovic edged the home side into a 15th-minute lead before Harry Kane levelled with his 21st goal of the season, and Moussa Dembele cancelled out Steven Gerrard’s second-half penalty to leave the match all square.
However, substitute Balotelli netted his first league goal since moving to Anfield with six minutes remaining in the clash, prompting a flurry of tweets from the professionals, past and present. Here is a selection of our favourite listed in chronological order.
