Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson joins Twitter
Jordan Henderson signs up to Twitter, amassing over 10,000 followers in his first hour on the site
Jordan Henderson took the first step towards social media addiction when he joined Instagram in January, so it was inevitable the Liverpool midfielder would end up on Twitter.
The 24-year-old signed up to the social media site on Wednesday morning, amassing over 10,000 followers in his first hour in Twittersphere.
Henderson made sure to keep his team-mates on side as he followed Mamadou Sakho, Raheem Sterling, Philippe Coutinho and Daniel Sturridge, as well as his former Sunderland pal, David Meyler.
The Liverpool vice-captain kept his first tweet short and sweet, whilst he favourited Meyler’s welcoming tweet.
Finally on twitter…. Better late than never!

Hull City and Republic of Irleand midfielder Meyler is close friends with Henderson after the pair broke into the Sunderland first-team in 2009.
