Man United transfers: Juventus man rejects Paul Pogba exit talk

Alvaro Morata claims that Manchester United target Paul Pogba has no intention of leaving Juventus

Alvaro Morata has poured cold water on reports linking Paul Pogba with a transfer away from Juventus at the end of the season.

The France international’s future has been a source of relentless speculation in recent months following his impressive form for the Serie A side.

Manchester United are reported to be considering a big-money move to tempt Pogba back to Old Trafford, while Real Madrid are also said to be interested in the the 21-year-old’s services.

However, when quizzed about his team-mate’s future, Morata insisted that Pogba appears to be happy at the Turin club.

“Could Pogba go to Madrid? He’s young and he’s among the best in the world, but he’s happy at Juventus,” Morata told Spanish newspaper AS, according to Goal.

Pogba, who is contracted with the Italian club until 2019, has scored six goals and has made one assist in 19 Serie A appearances for Juve this season.
