Juan Cuadrado made his Chelsea debut against Aston Villa on Saturday
Juan Cuadrado has reflected on his first win as a Chelsea player after the Blues edged to a 2-1 victory over Aston Villa on Saturday.
The Colombia international replaced Willian in the 80th minute as the Chelsea forward helped to get the Premier League leaders over the line.
Cuadrado, who was one of the stars of last summer’s World Cup, completed a £23.3m move to the west London side from Serie A outfit Fiorentina last Monday.
And the South American appears to be embracing the Chelsea way already after the winger took to Instagram following the 2-1 victory.
Cuadrado posted the above photo and wrote: “Great win come on blues”
Chelsea right-back Branislav Ivanovic scored a 66th-minute to take his tally to five goals in his last seven games against the Birmingham side.
Aston Villa had ended their goal drought after Jores Okore cancelled out Eden Hazard’s opener at Villa Park.
Chelsea are seven points clear of defending champions Manchester City at the top of the Premier League.
